I always have a positive experience at Little Smiles/Costa Family Dentistry.....both for myself and my young children. They do a great job and are all super friendly and easy to work with. Very glad they came to Brambleton!!
This was my 3 year old son's first time at the dentist. The staff couldn't have been more comforting and sweet. From the moment we walked in the door my son felt comfortable. The doctor performed a quick but very thorough exam and the dental hygienist let him help. She explained everything to him which I think made him even more comfortable. I am happy to have found such a great dental office!

Staff and dentist were all very patient snd accommodating. We immediately felt welcome upon arrival and were sure that we were the VIP customers the entire time!
The staff was wonderful and so professional. It was my daughter's first visit to the dentist and they made it comfortable for her. I was very impressed by how caring they were and with all of the extra effort they put into making sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough about how amazing this practice is. Especially if you have very small children and are nervous about their first dental visit. Little Smiles is the place to take them!
My son was scared but the hygienist made him feel much better. She was awesome! I thought I would have to take him home without getting his cleaning, but he let the cleaning happen AND allowed for X-rays! Very happy
Friendly staff. Dr. Browning explains everything she plans to do. I feel comfortable and confident in the work that's being done. Takes the stress out of going to the dentist.
