My children love the staff! Thank you for all you do.
I'm not happy that the person (not Candi) at the front desk could not explain to me why I'm paying more than 20% of the bill. She just kept saying it's what the computer says I owe. My dental insurance covers 80% and I'm supposed to pay 20%, but I paid way more than that. Not happy! I really like the dentist and hygienist I saw. VERY pleased with them, but I changed dentists because I was being ripped off from my previous dentist. Maybe this is how all dentists are? Not sure, but I'm not pleased with the billing practices.
