RecommendedI don't understand why there r so many bad comments here😞 I've been taking my kids here since they were 6 months old now they r 4& 6 n we love it here. the staff is nothing but wonderful. we just went in 4 for their 6 months checkup, Shalonda was awesome to my 4 year old who hate the dentist. by the end of his cleaning, he was so comfortable with her that he was talking to her. Please oh please do not take you kids to this location. The staff at the front door doesn’t know what their doing. Not that anyone needs to be fired or anything but they need to be trained on customer service. My experience was bad after services was rendered, and I was referred to another dentist office. They refused to do what need to be don’t to take care the customer. They just need to resend the referral and in the note put the doctors name that they referred my baby too. Not only is Dr Spencer awesome, so is his whole staff. What a great experience!
The office staff is very friendly and Dr. Spencer is great with the kids.
