RecommendedI don't understand why there r so many bad comments here😞 I've been taking my kids here since they were 6 months old now they r 4& 6 n we love it here. the staff is nothing but wonderful. we just went in 4 for their 6 months checkup, Shalonda was awesome to my 4 year old who hate the dentist. by the end of his cleaning, he was so comfortable with her that he was talking to her. Please oh please do not take you kids to this location. The staff at the front door doesn’t know what their doing. Not that anyone needs to be fired or anything but they need to be trained on customer service. My experience was bad after services was rendered, and I was referred to another dentist office. They refused to do what need to be don’t to take care the customer. They just need to resend the referral and in the note put the doctors name that they referred my baby too. This is the first time I go to the office, It was very well recommended and I wanted to thanks the staff and the doctors that were awesome with my little one, She cant wait to go back and that's the crazy part :) Very professional and very happy people. I will only take my children to Dr. Cortes. I have worked in the field of dentistry as well as taught dental assisting as a director of the program. What other parents are putting down is his chairside manner, sure he does not sugar coat his diagnosis, he is a straight shooter when it comes to that. What you as parents don't get is the other dentist that over sugar coat the treatment do so because they don't have the skill set he has went it comes to prepping the tooth and placing the restorations.
