Dr. Schwab and his staff are very nice, but never followed up with me. On Feb. 5th, I met with Dr. Schwab to order a sleep apnea device. I had until mid-April to finish the procedure before my sleep study expired and I would have to pay for a new one. Trish, the business manager, said she would follow up with me but never did. I initiated each contact with Trish and after 1 and 1/2 months she was never able to give me a co-pay amount. I finally gave up and contacted a different dentist. RecommendedAll the employees are nice and helpful. The dentist is a nice and honest genuine person that cares for his patients.
unethical billing, they take advantage of the elderly, they get them approved for Care credit and if they are approved for more than their estimate they add on more work that is not discussed with the patient.
Very friendly and welcoming environment. Had pain and they figured it out right away and was able to get me taking care of same day.

The staff at Waco Family Dentistry are always professional and courtesy. They do an excellent job on my teeth and I love their new digs!
