This is totally uncalled for! First time eating here and I’m definitely not going back. Went and picked it up got home and this is my beef chalupa!
Ordered over the telephone today, and when we got to the restaurant the line was completely around the building and understandably so with this kungfu flu going around. What I had a problem with is that our food was stone cold. We ordered the buffalo chicken nachos and the cheese became basically fused to the paper lining within the food container. great food but, ugh...I normally love this establishment, and maybe it is due to the covid-19 pandemic making supplies hard to find or something....but polish sausage has no place being in a quesadilla..... I really hope things get back to normal soon I really love this spot!👍🏻
did not receive 1 pocket taco from my drive through order, called and informed Rosie's of mistake and was advised to come back and get it. then I receive a call back from Rosie's stating that the pocket taco was placed in the bag, insinuating that I am lying about missing a taco. how can you improve? good place to start is not treating your customers like they are liars and have nothing better to do than trying to steal 1 taco...
