My doctor is great, but to be told by appointment staff that I can't be seen for an acute illness because of a late payment even though I give them a specific date one week away that it will be paid; and then to be told by the appointment scheduler that it was ok for me to suffer until I can pay it is not ok. I'll be looking for a new doctor.
Loved Dr Kenneth Johston my first visit but a a couple ladies at front desk were not very welcoming or professional
The only complaint I could ever think of aid the sign in process. Everything else is great!
First time here-needed a walk in same day appointment. Was told a different time scheduled so had to wait a little longer. Staff were nice and got right to point and was satisfied. Probably will come back when needed. Nice place.
Staff appreciation events need to take place outside of normal business hours. Closing your office on a Thursday for such a reason is not acceptable. My doctor is exceeds my expectations in every way, but being closed on a business days calls into question the professional judgement of the management of this practice.
