I hate to post on fb but I cannot find an email address anyplace. I am a patient fairly new at the west lr clinic. I have left 6 messages on the dr/nurses voicemail asking them to return my call regarding an rx I am taking and they prescribed. No one has ever returned my call. I am ready to change doctors. Has any one experienced that. Thank you

MY wife has been a patient of the clinic for 30 + years. We have attempted to be seen for the last 4 days due to cough AND fever. Dr Johnston IS a caring physician, unfortunately he is going to have his reputation affected by the total rudeness of the staff. We were instructed to called
