Great dental office. Everyone that works there are amazing. The doctors care about all their patients. Such a great place to be. I would recommend anybody to come here!!! By far the best dental office I have ever been to!
Love going to the dentist now! Dr.Tramel is very friendly and funny he makes the experience enjoyable. And his hygenist Tonya is so super sweet and caring. They both makes sure you are top priority and your concerns are met. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love this place i will never find another dentist :)
They are horrible. I called as I needed tooth repaired, they said they can do it, when I got there they made pictures etc and said I need to see some other dentist so they cover my wound with plastic filing which came off when I was still sitting in chair, they said not to worry they will charge to insurance for visit. After visit had to look for another dentist after wasting my time and insurance deductible etc. Beware of this practice, they all about making money and helping you maintain your tooth's is secondary.
Dr.mackan and dr. Dover are both great guys and doctors . I have had all three doctors do work on me . So here we go the third so called doctor doesn't care about his patient it's rush get it done and bring out the next cattle not to mention how he talk to the assistant or about other assistants . I was in there a couple weeks ago and had the pleasure Of hearing someone saying he is sleeping with his assistant and then the other one says are you surprised how many does this make ! Dr. Scallion is the best. I am a mother of a large family and have had unfortunate experiences with another Dental facility which left one of my children particularly afraid of going to the dentist. When we found Dr Scallion in Jan 2009, he put all of my son's fears to rest. Just last week Dr Scallion was put to the test yet again, and even when pressed for time due to circumstances beyond his control (a malfunctioning traffic light had made pts and Dr S arrive late) he was patient, and kind, conscientiously taking the time ... read more
Dr. Machen is GREAT and staff is so friendly. They always explain the procedures in detail and put me at ease about the work needed. We have been going there for 5 years and have always had good experiences.
Little Rock Family Dental is first class all the way. Dr. Randy Machen has taken care of all my children for the past 13 years. We have met with Dr Machen after hours and on weekends for various emergencies. The Little Rock Family Dental staff is the best.....professional, competent, and quick.
I have been a patient of Dr. Machen for over 24 years. I trust him completely with my dental care and that of my wife and our 7 children. I wonder what the alterior motives are of the so called "DISSATISFIED PATIENTS??" By nature, I am an observer.
