I highly recommend Little Rock Family Dental. They were very professional . They told me everything upfront and helped me with my insurance. I needed a root canal and they have the specialist there too. It was a great experience and made getting a root canal not bad. I look forward to my dental visits now. Go see them!
Best dental office in Central Arkansas! I had an emergency on a Friday, which no other dental offices are open, and the friendly and professional staff were able to get me in the same day. I was pleased to know that I didn't need to leave the office for the services I needed! They have every dental specialist in house! They thoroughly explained my case, allowed me to view my x-rays and gave me multiple options to fix my problems. I would give this office a 5 star review! I had a wonderful experience start to finish. The front desk staff were very professional and helped me get scheduled with ease. I have high anxiety with my teeth and the doctors and assistants were all wonderful and helped me have a good dental experience. The financial department also helped me with zero interest paymemts for my root canal. My overall experience was the best Ive had in a dental office. Ill be returning every 6 months now for my cleanings.
if there was an option for zero stars I would give it to this dentist office. Well for starters I made an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction consult and showed up for the consult being told by the rude office staff that my appointment was canceled after taking a day off work. After being offered a free consult I decided to go ahead and use the dentist office. After receiving the services from the office I received an EOB stating that I owed the office $285.00. This place is amazing! Those horrible reviews are probably from spoiled brats. Dr. Machen saved my teeth from being pulled. Another dentist said they were fine bit actually were horribly infected. I saw the x-rays so I believed him. They were excellent with my father who is 83 yrs old. They fixed his partial in one day and the partial is now perfect. I have nothing but praise. The office that handles the insurance aren't very bright girls however. Bless their hearts.
I made an appointment a week ago, called the office and gave them my insurance info. Before I made an appointment I explained to the person on the phone that their office was NOT listed on my insurance website but had heard they do accept my insurance. The doctor injected my jaw when numbing and cause me to have Ostio Mylitis whish is excruciating pain. It is infection and swelling in my jaw and when I asked for pain mrds the refused to help me. I can not open my mouth all tje way my fave is swollen and a Knot where he injected me. Dr. Scallion eas rude when he injected the novacain and hurt me very bad he did not take his time with me at all. Highly tecommend using some one else.
Do not go here for your so called 6 month smile braces! you have been warned. I got my braces done there from Oct - April.. during the consultation, I specifically asked DR Machen, if I should get my back teeth pulled before I received braces. he told me no, it would not be a problem... so he took my money and that was the last time I saw him.. his assistant Lucina worked on my teeth the whole time. 4 months later I got those teeth pulled and my teeth shifted!!! he should have told me this was going to happen. ive called & c... read more
I don't know if there is a New office manager or what happened, but this place has gone down hill. My whole family have been patients for YEARS and loved it. We referred a lot of people. Trust me, I will not be referring anyone here anymore. The billing department sucks! They constantly have issues with filing claims on time or filing a correct claim. I have had to call about incorrect bills for about two years now after each of our visits. Now they have come up with a new peculiar policy where without asking a parent's perm... read more
