the dentist standing in for Dr. Caswell did not measure up to Dr. Caswell's usual standards of care - she barely interacted with parent, went through her exam quickly, gave instructions to the hygenist then left. Dad was left with little understanding of the situation and wants another opinion. Not at all the experience we are used to having there.
I like Dr. Caldwell. My children have been going to her Tyrone office since it opened. I love that she remembers my children and makes an effort to say their names when speaking to them, they are not just another body to her. She is very kind and pleasant. I know when I go to her it's going to be a quick but more importantly top notch visit. Thank you Dr. Caswell

EVERYONE in this office is wonderful! It is a very pleasant experience for me AND for Victoria. From the girls in the office all the way to the doctor it is just great!! We always feel welcome and loved by everyone! Please don't change a thing!!

We love Little Peaches!! All the staff are so friendly!! We will stay ther as long as my kids are allowed to! ;)
The only problem I had was when I left I felt like I was being rushed. I have guardianship of my granddaughter and have been the only one to bring her to the dentist. I was asked to get her mother to sign a form, which never happened before. Then was given appt. cards and was dismissed.
I tell all my friends how great you ladies are....thank you for the amazing jobs you do, and for making each visit a great one, for my boys!!!!! They get excited about getting their check ups
