Ashley is a wonderful hygienist!
We have enjoyed going to Dr. Carswell. My children love putting tokens in the machine to get a prize when they are finished seeing the dentist. I as a parent also like how things are explained before moving on with a procedure. The staff is friendly and awesome with children.
I love you guys! The only prevention between me giving that fifth star was from a prior incident. I ran exactly 15 mins late for an appointment, so you guys only cleaned one of my children's teeth. The other had to be rescheduled. During the last visit, I was called back 30 minutes after my appointment time, which is unlike you guys at all. However, I understood that sometimes scheduling does not always stay precise. Dr. C is always nice and friendly. Nilah's hygienist was excellent as always!
Dr. Caswell and entire staff including front desk are always amazing. The kids always enjoy their visit.
I experienced soreness in my gum during and after services.
This was my son's first dental appointment and everyone made him feel very comfortable. I'm certain we've found 'our' dental office.
The doctor & nurses were all great.
Great doctor and wonderful staff! They are patient and kind to the kids. The service is fast BUT not in a rushing way.
