Live in IL have a vacation home in AZ. We make a point of eating here (45 min ride from our home in AZ) every trip. EXCELLENT food. Great owners and staff. We tell everyone we know about this place. Favorite is the brisket with jalapeno grits. But like everything on the menu. Standing in line is part of the enjoyment. I have met so many people from all over the US standing in that line who are the friendliest people.
It's not just a meal... It's not just BBQ... It's a religious food experience. Brisket, Ribs and the Holy Smoke. May Pecan Pie be with you.... and also with you.

So my foodie husband and I decide to get some awesome brisket from Little Miss BBQ in Phoenix and I meet Scott, the owner. Scott gives me a t-shirt and offers to take a selfie with me while Bo waits in line. Scott is so generous that he provides cold bottled water for his customers who wait in line for hours (starting at 8:30 a.m even though they do not open until 11:00 a.m) for his fabulous barbecue offerings. Scott has innate marketing genius as well as a love for people and barbecuing that serves his business well!
I'm live in Tennessee and know barbeque. This is by FAR the best brisket I've ever had. The Cheddar jalapeno grits are the best grits I've ever had. Well worth the wait. I'll be back here every visit to Phoenix.
