Best BBQ I ever had (I'm Californian, please forgive me) super friendly staff, 100% reasonable pricing. You gotta try it.
Both times I've been there has been almost a 2 hour wait, on a Saturday. This food is worth that wait. I was never disappointed. I feel the need to bring other people to enjoy this delicious meat.

The BBQ is the best in town so far. But I have to say I'm damn tired of the 3 hour window I get once a week on Saturday to TRY and have some. I say 3 hours because I've been turned away if I don't get there early enough. If I get there early I have to get in a big-ass line. Closed on Sunday? Really? Closed on Monday I get. I'm a KC boy, born and raised, and what I'm about to say would cause a fight back home. This is a masterfully executed example of Central TX BBQ. I tried all of the meats and most of the sides today, and literally everything was amazing. This was perhaps the best brisket I've ever had.
Amazing staff! Is it possible that we have been friends forever and I didn't remember them? That is what we felt like! Lunch with great friends, comfortable and fun!
