The best doctor. My children have autism and they did not let any doctor check them. It was a real problem. And now Dr. Jimenez is his best friend.
Best Doctors Best Staff...luv them���� Everyone here is very nice and helpful. My boys Victor, Jeffrey and Romelo luv the Drs here and feel so comfortable in explaining anything that is going on with them..
Highly disappointed with their call backs.. they never answer phone.. take all my children there for about 2 yrs was only able to get appointments if I drove all the way there. Always had to go to urgent care and only use them for physical. I need a office that's going to care for them not have to go to urgent cares . Had a newborn and I am still waiting a week for a callback.. moved pediatrician .. they can at least check voicemail every hour .. very unprofessional of them..
I love this place the only issue ,I have is that they don't return voice messages and they rarely answer the phone. Dr. Torres is the best.
