El Dr es excelente, pero Nunca contestan el teléfono, las secretarias tienen un mal servicio al cliente , si te contestan te dejan en espera .
My kids went here for the first time last week the doctors were great however the bedside manor should be taught to the office staff. Monica is very rude and unprofessional she has a terrible attitude and due to her and her mouth with her attitude as if someone was bothering her when you call to ask questions I will not return with my children here and would not recommend this facility I will also leave a review with my insurance company. I Love Dr. Jiménez He has been seeing My 4 kids for the last 15 yrs. My kids Love Him and refuses to see anyone else except Dr. Jiménez My entire Family loves Him He feels like family. Love the staff as well. At times I can’t get through to them but they definitely call me back every time I call and leave a message. They call every time is time for one of my kids check up to remain Me & they always called a day or two before my kids appointment. I recommend anyone & everyone Dr. Jiménez!!! He even sees My cousins kids.

Doctors are great, staff not so much. Very inconvenient that the whole office goes to lunch from 12-1pm. So if you call they will not answer. Probably a better idea if they take turns taking their lunch so that there is always someone available to attend to their patients when they call for appointments or questions.
Love the doctors but front counter staff members are very rude and unprofessional... been going to this establishment for years but after today won't be returning!
