After having confirmed a move-out clean via email 2 weeks in advance, as well as re-confirmed an earlier start time 4 days in advance over the phone, this company was a no-show on the day. They didn't bother to call and say they were running late, no longer showing up, etc. I left two voicemails that have gone un-returned.
