This company does not honor its warranties! I have been trying for six months to have five arborvitae replaced that they planted which subsequently died during the warranty period. I have made repeated phone calls, emails and photos with no response. Our HOA has had similar difficulties in response to warranty issues. The previous professionalism and customer service has declined markedly under the new ownership that changed two years ago. We called Little Green garden to restore our irrigation and unkempt lawn and landscape to a decent shape. We were on a tight budget and we wanted to make sure that the work was done in a timely fashion meeting all of our requirements. Little Green Garden was recommended to us by a friend and we decided to use them even though we don't live close to Knoxville. Work is absolutely atrocious! Used them to build a retaining wall that was left crooked, not level, not even, or the design that we thought we were getting. Took over a week for them to simply get their equipment off of our property, even had to threaten to have one of their trailers towed for them to remove from the cul-de-sac.
