When we booked our appointment it was for the room with my 4 and 8 year olds. They were only once in the open bay and at that time my 2 year old fell off the table so we were told we'd stay in the room until -he was 5. I was told basically they are in the open bay or make another appointment even though I had that one for 6 months. My 8 year old has been undergoing treatment for pneumonia for 3 months requiring multiple x-rays. He had x-rays at his last appointment so I wasn't expecting any today. Excellent family practice. Have gone since they opened with our 3 children. Their smiles are brighter as a result .
It was our very first visit. Dr. Sotto and his Staff were simply amazing. They're all so friendly and caring and had great personalities. They answered all my twenty million questions and we're very supportive. That meant a lot to me being we just moved here from San Antonio Texas. I would highly recommend this office because of the amazing staff and also the waiting room looks simply amazing for little kids.
We arrived for our appointments at 2:35 For our 2:45 and 3:15 appointment. We waited over 30 min to be taken back. Meanwhile, everyone that came in after us was called within a couple minutes and were in & out with in 30 min. I also noticed patients that were called back while we were in the waiting room and finished before we got called back. The staff is very nice, they explain what will happen in detail, and they keep to schedule times for the most part. My daughter loves this office, before we found Little Gators Pediatric Dentistry we had gone to 4 different Dentist because my daughter was terrified to go to any dentist. Once we had our first visit it was like night and day with my daughter and attending her yearly visits. Thank you Dr. Soto, this has made my job of getting my daughter to the Dentist a BREEZE now. Thank you!!
