I had a wonderful experience at Little Elm Dentistry . From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Yates and Barb were thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Pathetic front desk service. I was made to wait far longer than necessary just to verify my insurance, despite having already called ahead and provided all my information. This shows a complete lack of efficiency and respect for customers’ time. I will never return to this location.
