Stay away from this place — total scam operation. I walked in and made it clear I was NOT having x-rays because I already had them 6 months ago. They confirmed that in my chart, and then after making me wait another half hour, a different doctor insisted I get more x-rays anyway. I have had radiation before and do not want unnecessary exposure — so I got up and left. This isn’t the first time. Hygienist was a little rough… Dr. Yates was great as always!
I used to go here a couple years ago and enjoyed going to Dr Yates and moved out of the area . I am back and Now I’m afraid they may have gotten too big for what they can handle. The wait time is insane and no one returns calls or follows up as promised. It’s been a week since my initial appointment going on two and I have attempted to call daily and no one has returned my call or followed up. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist ever. They change your appointment without asking, they schedule you then say they can’t see you when THEY scheduled you. They NEVER answer the phone so all calls are rerouted to a call center which merged me with another caller which caused me to hear their personal info. I have been hung up on multiple times when calling to move up my appointment because I was in immense pain. DO NOT go here, you will lose out on extra time and money.
