Dr. Cox is amazing! Not only does he care about his patients but he has an awesome sense of humor. When I first walked in there his receptionist treated me like family and so did Dr. Cox.. I love just going in there to say hi to them and to just chit chat.. I felt at home there.. I love this place! I have to admit after leaving there not only was I pain free but I walked out laughing.
I LOVE that Dr. Cox is not all about the quick fix (medications, latest supplementation fads, etc) - he is about helping you holistically heal and maintain your body!

I can't say enough great things about Little Elm Chiropractic. They are supremely courteous and always accomodating to your needs. Dr. Cox is very friendly and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend them to anyone needing full chiropractic care or just the occasional adjustment.
