Was looking for a new dentist in the area and this place delivered. Dr. Ly and Phil were great. Nice office staff and a clean office. I will be back!
The pediatric dentist is amazing! It's been quite some time since I have taken my children to the dentist due to bad past experiences at a different office. He made my girls feel comfortable and told them everything he would do before he did it. Unfortunately they both needed a bunch of work done, but he did it all without ever once hurting either of them. They weren't even in any pain after the novocaine wore off and haven't been since. Went there in March, was told they needed approval from my insurance for procedure. I called back 3 times within the next 2 months, each time being told "we will call you back". They never asked my name and never called me back.....until AUGUST. I think 5 months is too long!!! The actual exam? Teeth were cleaned by tech and dentist only looked at one tooth in my mouth, after seeing x-rays. No complete exam by dentist.
