The worst customer service I have ever received any where !!! The Manger Diann is the worst! She lied several times during the conversation. Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with EVER! I will be calling her boss and the better business bureau! She is an embarrassment to the service industry.

This place is honestly the best. The front desk is helpful and always accommodating. I can not rave enough about Dr.Patel my kids will see no one else but her. She is kind and compassionate and makes my kids feel at ease and they just love her. Dr Medlenov for my husband and I also is very compassionate and caring and helpful. Overall they are just all fantastic in there! Thank you guys for making my family feel at ease and helpful and making it a fantastic experience!
Doctor was great but the staff at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. Speaking about a patients procedure from across the room so everyone waiting can hear seems like it would be a hippa violation.
We have been going here for a couple of years and loved it. But my husband has nothing but problems at his recent appointments. The 1st was after waiting an hour for the dentist to do a root canal he was told that the dentist wasn't even there and they had no clue where he was or would be back. 2nd and 3rd visit for the root canal were just as disorganized. Today he had an appointment at 2 and seriously just walked in from his appointment. The dentist came in and then disappeared for over a half and hour. He has 1 more appoi... read more
I highly recommend Little Egg Dental! I took my niece Sophia there today because she has a few cavaties, one being really big..the pediatric dentist and her assistant were phenomenal and made my niece feel so comfortable..she had to have a baby root canal and she didnt feel any pain except with the first needle with novacaine..they gave her nitrous to relax her, and it definitely helped! She was even giggling at the dentist and the asisstant because of their explanations to her..they made everything they had to do into a cut... read more
