Amazing customer service! My SIL and I were shopping here when we were in town for a music festival and found the perfect dress for my toddler to wear in her wedding. When we got back home, the dress did not fit well and they worked with me to do an exchange long distance. The new size fit perfectly and I'm so happy they were able to work with me over the phone. This shop has beautiful pieces for any occasion and I will definitely return when I am back in Franklin!
