RecommendedI love the pizza... the lines are a little long but it's Soo worth the wait ..
Pizza is good but there is a girl in there that is beyond rude. I was in there about a month ago and my son was playing with a ball the ball rolled to the back and I told her. Her response "that's well that's freaking awesome" then ignored me. I really almost lost my cool I swear she made me waiting an extra 10 minutes just to be a jerk.
Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 5 pizzas and had to wait for 20 minutes while watching at least 25 pizzas go out the door that came in after me. During the long wait my daughter had to go to the bathroom and the would not let her use theirs. This place was filthy! The only reason I waited and did not ask for my money back was because I had children waiting for pizza. I will NEVER come back!
Good pizza, but always have to wait. Almost every single time... Tried to phone in my order and apparently they only accept phone orders when they want... Doesn't seem right ....Why offer custom pizzas when you're not able to order them when you'd like???
Manager McKenzie at this location is very rude. Called to let them know they gave me the wrong sauce, she told me only way to get the right one was to go back in and I was at home. After awhile she raised her voice at me, so I went in talked to store manager Tim who wasn't helpful himself, he gave me the sauce and I wanted an apology from McKenzie, but he said no because she was upset when she yelled at me. Very wrong of them to not care one bit about the whole situation only themselves, won't be going there again.
