RecommendedGreat people. I had very little cash and needed to feed 3 kids and the manager bought our pizzas today. IDC about the negative reviews. They've always been kind and courteous to me. ❤ My kids prefer their pizza over every other chain. Kudos LCP Manager you're a good man and my kids love you more than Santa today. ❤❤❤
Horrible, just plain trash.
Absolutely terrible customer service at this place. I bought a pizza and went back to work just to see that was badly burnt. So, I brought the pizza back just to get kicked out of the store. Apparently, it was "yesterday's" pizza. I really don't understand why I was treated the way I was. I missed my whole lunch break and $6 to theses people today.
For years, we have bought crazy bread without sauce. We're now being told that you HAVE to pay for the sauce even if you don't want it, and you HAVE to have 1 sauce for each order of bread because of the "new system." Your "new system" just lost you a customer unless this changes, especially as your employees were rude about it. I refuse to pay for something I didn't order.
We eat at Little Caesars about once a week. The pizza is always good and you can't beat the price. I don't know her name, but the African American lady that runs the cash register is always nice and friendly.
Always have loved little Caesars...until tonight, called at 7:35 and ordered 2 pizzas, they said it would be 20 minutes. At 8:11 I went in to see what was taking my son so long to come back out with them, was told they had just put them in and it would be about 5 minutes. At 8:26 I went back in to request a refund, when I walked in the employee behind the counter said something to a guy in the back who got a pan off the top of a holding rack and put it in the oven, he came over to me and said I just put it back in it'll be a... read more
