Ordered a pizza online , when i got the alert saying it was ready, it wasn’t. Had to wait a good extra 30 min. The kids in the back were talking, listening to mucin on their ear buds and cursing and not even working. The outside of the business is also dirty.
Had to wait 20 minutes for hot-n-ready pizzas. They were yelling at each other. Won't be back.
Called two days in advance for pizza for my child’s birthday party wasn’t even ready the time and day I told them I would be there. They are always slow and never have anything ready on time. All I seen today when I went in was people in the back standing around taking and had to wait upfront for a while along with other customers before even being acknowledged.
waited 35 minutes for hot n ready pizzas. only when i asked for a refund did i get the food i ordered. workers were pleasant but they had a lack of communication and cooks were engaging with customers instead off cooking
New people with friendly personalities it's not hard to do. Will never go back again after today called back with complaints and was told to go somewhere else and order. When you pay for something you should get it. These managers are rude and disrespectful and we spend lots of money there a month but not anymore. Trying to find out the owners so they can know how rude their employees are.
Stopped by at 9:20 pm tonight which is a Friday night. The door was locked and employee stood there staring at me. Why does it say you are open until 10 and they locked up at 9:20. Pitiful group of employees you got there!
actually make the pizza correct. very little toppings on our pizza and looked like garbage.
Recommendedmanagers need to learn how to pull their employees aside when they have an issue with them! arguing in the front of the store by the counter with customers there is uncalled for and very unprofessional!
Not customer friendly. It’s the “ghetto” of pizza chains.
