I went in by the pizza and they told me to wait 3 people came in buying the same exact Pizza they gave him there's I waited 20 minutes then I started looking around notice the place is disgusting there is crap all over the floor I'm never going back. And on top of that the pizza was not cut correctly at the bottom of the pizzas tiny slices the top is huge slices
I must say the staff In twin falls are very friendly and service times are generally good , we have not been happy about our pizzas the last 2 visits .. because the new counter is higher I haven’t been able to see my pizza before I leave ! But judge for yourself . I have found burnt pizza is so unacceptable ! I might as well pay a few $ more and get pizza from Dominos or Pizza Hut ! The only reason we get little Cesar’s pizza is because our grandsons and their friends love it but even the kids haven’t been impressed lately !... read more
Total crap tonight!! I understand when you're busy because I've managed a food place but they never got our order in the oven after well over a half an hour!! Tried to tell us we didn't order!! Never tried to even make it better for us!! And didn't even apologize!!

You advertise something on tv then get something way worse in return.
Having worked at a pizza place & fast food, which the people in these reviews obviously haven't, I understand how hectic things can get & how long it takes food to cook. There's always that one person in EVERY restaurant that doesn't pull their own weight. I had great service last night & waited patiently for my pizza because they're magic angels sent from pizza heaven. They're humans. You people are ridiculous
I am so tired if this location! The service is always subpar (I think in great part to poor training). There is almost always a long wait and the pizzas are often stale. They charge 50 cents more than most locations for crazy bread that is always over cooked, and now they are charging $1.69 for extra parmesan on it! (That is what they charge for an extra pizza topping! It is worth the extra drive to go to the Jerome location, where the staff are friendly and the food is fresh and good.
I love the pizza, and the prices, but the customer service at this facility is atrocious. Unprofessional, hostile, and overall unpleasant. Every employee that I've had the displeasure of dealing with has made me uncomfortable with my order, while simultaneously being rude to the other employees. I dread going into this facility.
They have excellent food and service.
