WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! On 2/15/19 6pm, I phoned in for a $5 pizza and bread sticks and asked to have them cook longer. The man told me it was going to be an extra charge of $2 for crispy crust!!!! Which did not make sense!!!! He said he WAS the manager and provided Brian as the store managers name. I asked for his name and he HUNG UP on me!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY HANGING UP ON A CUSTOMER!!!! Hope this is addressed. It should not be $2 for my pizza to be cooked a little longer!!!!!

Our pizza was burned and the customer service was bad for follow up. so disappointed! These pizzas should have never left the store and the management should care what the customer thinks!!!
SO GROSS!!! The guy who we noticed was obviously was the manager, had Tons of Gross dandruff falling from his hair! It was ALL Over his shoulders! And NO HAIR NET!!We canceled our order and ran from the building!!(Also seen another review regarding gross water dripping from the ceiling over 2 months ago, and it's still there dripping!)

went to buy 2 pepperoni pizza one with crazy crust & was charged $1.50 for crazy crust which the other little ceasars crazy crust is an additional .60 cents elsewhere not $1.50. then I went back in to get my receipt because they forgot to give me one & it seemed to be such a hassle to them. The place is so small it's packed like sardines in a can & it's sooo hot in there. service is very very poor. the crust wasn't even cut all the way through on the pizzas. So I seriously LOVE the pizza BUT when I WALK in there (because I obviously chose this place over the others that deliver) I EXPECT a greeting with a SMILE & when I accidentally forget I also wanted a soda I would appreciate it if you turned around and said something like, "Yeah no problem" (with a sMiLe) not make me feel like I am a pain in your butt. I went in by the pizza and they told me to wait 3 people came in buying the same exact Pizza they gave him there's I waited 20 minutes then I started looking around notice the place is disgusting there is crap all over the floor I'm never going back. And on top of that the pizza was not cut correctly at the bottom of the pizzas tiny slices the top is huge slices
