Just beware the little Caesars on blue lakes in twin falls miss up on orders and is bad customer service. They are willing not to fix your orders.

I was charged $4 to add Italian seasoning to my pizza. Seriously for a sprinkle of Italian seasoning? I asked why I was charged so much, and I was rudely told it was a special request. I just moved to Twinfalls and I was disappointed on my first visit to this location. In Nevada they do it for no charge! I'll spend the extra money and buy my pizza elsewhere.

I was lied to, they were out of the pizza I had already paid for, the manager at the store was extremely rude and dishonest. When I called back the following day they put the same jerk on the phone and he hung up on me. Terrible service, terrible product, terrible followup. Do not go here, you’re better with the local and larger alternative options.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! On 2/15/19 6pm, I phoned in for a $5 pizza and bread sticks and asked to have them cook longer. The man told me it was going to be an extra charge of $2 for crispy crust!!!! Which did not make sense!!!! He said he WAS the manager and provided Brian as the store managers name. I asked for his name and he HUNG UP on me!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY HANGING UP ON A CUSTOMER!!!! Hope this is addressed. It should not be $2 for my pizza to be cooked a little longer!!!!!
