dont fall for the hot and ready signs unless youre getting straight cheese pizza. every time ive come to the mohawk location and order something other than cheese that is supposed to be hot and ready its constantly you are going to have to wait sir. if it was an occasional thing id let it slide but its every time. if its that difficult to have ready then take it off the hot and ready menu. prepare to wait for your so called hot n ready pizza.
The crazy bread was extremely undercooked.
Pizza isn’t terrible. This is the third time though I’ve had crazy bread from there it’s literally doughy, and not cooked all the way..

Went there today ordered two I ordered a stuffed crust and extra most bestest she put down stuffed crust bread sticks and something completely different she was all out rude not customer friendly
If I could give a 0 star rating I would of, not because of the pizza but because of the customer service. My fiance and I just went in and the blonde on front counter in Rome NY was so rude and disrespectful to us and her other Co workers. That was the worst customer service I have ever saw. We had a coupon and she acted like that was the end of the world. She was sighing and acting like we were a nuisance. We will not be returning to the Rome little Caesars !!
