Just picked up a pizza.. was cold and extremely old. Called the store to let them know and they asked me if I wanted to drive back and get another one. I said I was unable to currently walking into a meeting and was told ok.. have a nice evening... how about # 1.. you don’t sell old pizza and #2 .. you offer a pizza on another day.. I will not be back to your establishment

just got home with a hot and ready cheese bread. hard and dry, very hard to pull apart, not the first disappointing experience here.

Bought three Extra Most Bestest. Ate one box second box ended up having a hair on it. Called, reported it and they made me another. Was afraid at first you know you hear about people doing things to your food but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Took it home had two slices and found another hair. Filling disgusted went back no one could help me. At the time the manager in charge or shift leader couldn't override it for my refund. They wanted to make another pizza but by that time I was done. Will never go here again. Walked in and some people were there well we waited and waited for them to decide on their drinks. Literally took 5 minutes if not longer. They kept going back and forth on if they were gonna get drinks there or taco bell. The cashier just standing there waiting. Girl told me once sorry already and still waited for another few minutes. Cashier should have asked if they were ready which they clearly werent and then should have asked me which i was but didnt. Worked in customer service for 22 years an... read more
