Little Bear remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. Most of the work looks pretty good; they built a huge custom shower. However, working with the owner was a nightmare. If you decide to work with him, know your legal rights beforehand and insist on getting a proper contract that includes a timeline, payment details, and description of the work in writing. Ashton was excellent to work with. He replied to a facebook post of mine looking for help with an epoxy floor job. Throughout the bidding process he was thorough, efficient and communicative. Those themes continued during the work itself — in which Ashton kept us informed about the status of the work, the steps he was taking, what was coming next and how it all fit into the general scope of the job. Ashton is not a trustworthy man. His company is a one man show. His pictures of workmanship are not his, they are taken from google searches. He hires low quality sub contractors to take on his contract with all customers. If you hire him, just be careful. You will see for yourself the type of person he is, and that he is merely another Pittsburgh Scam Contractor.
Excellent service. I had an issue when an internet provider installed cable in my basement. The company was prompt with providing a call back. They were also able to fix the problem quickly. I felt as if my job was of a high priority despite it not being that involved. I would highly recommend
