One of the first things that I dread when deciding to purchase a new car is dealing with a dealership. When I finally got tired of spending $50-60 a week in gas I decided to buy a Prius. After doing some online searching, I went to Little Apple and talked to them about the car. They were professional and extremely helpful and ensured that I was satisfied. It was probably the smoothest vehicle transaction I have ever had. From the sales people to the finance department they were professional and helpful.
I took my toyota here to be serviced and received excellent service. They did not talk down to me as most place tend to do since I am a college student and a women. They also dropped me off at work and picked me up when my car was done. The best thing about them is after you get your car serviced here they send you reminders in the mail when you need another service.
Comparing automobile dealerships in the area, we have bought two cars from here and have always been given awesome service. every time we come in we are allowed to drive the vehicles we are interested in within minutes, we are given great bonuses because we are military and they remember our names. can't say that about a lot of other places.
