She's probably the worst mediator in Florida. She is rude, unprofessional and incompetent in her job. I had a case where I was pro se Plaintiff in forma pauperis so I was not supposed to make a payment for my case accepted by the federal judge. Judge ordered mediation and unfortunately, I selected this woman. I wish I had selected another mediator. During mediation, she defended other party and she did everything to make me see how I don't have a case and make me feel like I'm a loser. Of course, we couldn't agree to settle ... read more

Lawyer Karen Evans carries herself very unprofessionally over the phone, is rude and condescending and impatient. Extremely rude but it makes sense since she is middle aged and is probably menopausal. Although I understand her inner conflict at her age, I think she shouldn't let her problems get in the way of her job.
