Sir, I'm extremely sorry about the mix up with the sales tax rate. Unfortunately, this happens every so often, usually when we fail to slow down and gather all the titling info for our customers. Although it's an inconvenience, we have no choice but to correct the errors and collect the amount due. On behalf of everybody here, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. There is certainly no intent to defraud or deceive.
I would leave no stars if I could. I bought a new 2019 Prius Prime. The speedometer and odometer are not accurate. I have contacted 4 dealerships about the issue and all said "we can fix that, bring it in". I have driven it to two dealerships and taken many days off work to hear the district engineer say, "That is normal behavior for a Prius Prime. My speedometer is VARIABLE from 3 to 8 miles per hour over the actual speed I am travelling. They wouldn't fix it and said it couldn't be fixed. They wouldn't give me a refund or ... read more
