Incredibly slow. They were 45 minutes late getting my vehicle back when I had an appointment. I asked them over the phone and in person in addition to the oil change I wanted the tires rotated. They didn’t rotate the tires. They looked confused when I brought that up even though it was mentioned multiple times. Overall, the service here has just gone downhill. The service department at Lithia Ford is by far the most phenomenal Ive ever dealt with-if I could give them 10 stars, I would! My transmission went out while I was travelling. The service manager here, Andrew, goes above and beyond to say the least. They were able to diagnose and fix my issue, as well as providing a loaner from Ford (warranty repair), AND had to pick me up from my hotel to do it because my vehicle was towed to them after hours. Quick Lane is fine for basic services like oil changes or tire rotations, but I would not recommend them for actual repairs. I’ve had repeated issues with workmanship, including getting my vehicle back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Problems were either poorly fixed or not fixed at all.
