Absolutely the worse!
Cockroaches, mice, mold all in just 1 year. They have one guy that sprays Home Depot anti bug spray. Had cockroaches for over 6 months and mice for 3. Had a hole in the floor that they wouldn’t repair. The roaches and mice came from downstairs from someone who went to jail from a domestic dispute so the food was out and the creatures spread throughout the apartments above and below. Management and maintenance are great! The building is old so some issues are expected, but maintenance worked really hard to resolve all of my issues and they come out really quickly. The grounds keeper guy is also awesome! He is so friendly and is out super early picking up any trash outside. Also as a dog owner, I really like the doggy bag station and big grass area. I do wish everyone picked up their dogs poop… but overall most people do. And the neighbors that I’ve met are nice.
This place is a dump, black mold an Tyrone dont do his job. He went in my house when i wasnt home for no reason. Then outta no where me an my fiance smell strong chemicals the plumber. Gas co said they smell it but dont know what it is. I now have lung issues an im around no second hand smoke. I was just dignosed with RA. Lupis, fibermyalga. Im scared for my health. Idk what to do. Everything smells like this chemicals. I know for a fact that someone put the stuff in there
