Honestly I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I moved out of Manchester Apartments on 11/28/25. I lived there for 4 years, I gave 60 days notice to vacate in a timely manner. When I left, the apartment was clean, no trash or debris left behind. I stayed in constant communication with Elissa at the front office. I confirmed in December with Elissa that I would be receiving my full security deposit back and on multiple occasions I sent my forwarding address to the office. Absolutely the worse!
Cockroaches, mice, mold all in just 1 year. They have one guy that sprays Home Depot anti bug spray. Had cockroaches for over 6 months and mice for 3. Had a hole in the floor that they wouldn’t repair. The roaches and mice came from downstairs from someone who went to jail from a domestic dispute so the food was out and the creatures spread throughout the apartments above and below.
