Management and maintenance are great! The building is old so some issues are expected, but maintenance worked really hard to resolve all of my issues and they come out really quickly. The grounds keeper guy is also awesome! He is so friendly and is out super early picking up any trash outside. Also as a dog owner, I really like the doggy bag station and big grass area. I do wish everyone picked up their dogs poop… but overall most people do. And the neighbors that I’ve met are nice.
This place is a dump, black mold an Tyrone dont do his job. He went in my house when i wasnt home for no reason. Then outta no where me an my fiance smell strong chemicals the plumber. Gas co said they smell it but dont know what it is. I now have lung issues an im around no second hand smoke. I was just dignosed with RA. Lupis, fibermyalga. Im scared for my health. Idk what to do. Everything smells like this chemicals. I know for a fact that someone put the stuff in there
Lived here for years.. it's a dump nd alot of fires..the property manager Desiree Kaine hudenick has no respect for anyone there don't let them fool you.. They raise the run up all the time without notifying you... The place is falling apart.. Poorly put back together.. The maintenance workers cannot keep up with the orders.. But they are glad to take and steal your money.. They try to illegally have me evicted. They do shady business there so if you don't want to be screwed over I suggest that you never ever go here or anyw... read more
