Lise is an engaging and experienced therapist who balances being supportive and when to challenge you. She has helped me to move forward after having been frustrated in finding someone to help me. I recommend her strongly, she is an easy 5-star review.

Lise has been my therapist off and on since 2010. She has seen me through multiple painful transitions in my life and helped me take agency to move forward and heal and better my life. Her style is compassionate and caring, but will challenge you to examine yourself and move forward to change problematic behaviors and patterns in your life. I can not recommend her highly enough!
