RecommendedWe moved here in December and are very happy! Our apartment is spacious and the neighbors are very friendly. We hope to see more of them after everyone comes out of hibernation. We especially love the dog friendly atmosphere!
Close community, pet friendly with on site dog park. Andy, the Manager has always gone over and above for us. Great neighbor's too. The maintenance is extremely timely if you need it and they take care of the grounds and the property so good!
quiet safe place to live ......
They don’t care who they put out there apartments or what time of year they do it especially if you have a child in elementary school. They wanted me gone because of their personal issues with me having harassment troubles with my neighbors, so they found a way to manipulate their system to put me and my child out during the winter � time. Heartless, unprofessional management company.
Live in apartments the oven keep going out. No one can repair it. Have to keep waiting for a ticket for service. Been in the same apartment for 10 years. Called the office need to bake food have small children to feed. Can I please get a replacement.
Lisa our apartment manager in 4061 on Loomis hills told us our heat was cut off in May when it was 35 degrees out and told us to get a space heater and the boilers were not going back on. everything here is old and breaks and the maintenance fixes everything half ass. the rent is already high and raised every year so have fun.
They raise your rent every year and when u call for routine maintenance they don’t even come. My apartment is over 100 degrees and when I called the emergency line they said it’s not an emergency can’t wait to move!
