Awesome place! Always crowded so make a reservation! Loved my gluten free tea service and the regular orders looked yummy too!
I love Santana Row, I appreciate having a place to go to for high tea at the Row. I've been there a few times The service has been a bit disappointing...
My daughters took me there for mothers day because I used to take them there when they were little girls. Atmosphere is perfect. However, it's somewhat expensive. Food is appetizers and not very good. Service is okay, not too friendly. Tea is delicious! I go back for the experience.
Food was great and atmosphere was beautiful. Can't wait to go back :-)
I visted this place last week and it truly was the worst customers service I ever had. Very rushed and the hostess acted as if I was bothering her. I won't go again better to spent more money some place else. The food was good but you don't get much for the price.
