It's been out of business at Santana Row for over a year. Take down the page. It's confusing to the REAL Lisa's Tea (lisastea.com) re-opening in Campbell SOON!
Food was mainly good and seemed fresh but I didn't like having everything served at once on a small plate. I like the 3 tier thing where you just take an item at a time. Service was good. The atmosphere was spoilt somewhat for us as there was a large table of noisy children next to us. Including one who enjoyed banging her china cup with her spoon. :( BTW it's very difficult to find as it's not on Santana Row as on their website but actually on Olsen Rd.
We just went there this past Sat, I was so disappointed, nothing like Lisa's Tea that was in Pruneyard. Service was slow, food wasn't cooked, and the bread was stale, and I won't even start on the so called "tea sandwiches" served to my daughter.
We have 4 generations there celebrating our little granddaughter Jenna's 6 birthday. That was her mommy's gift to her. We had a blast. Because I had to eat gluten free, I had my own selection of goodies. Jenna loved it. It is definitely a treasured memory.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Bridal Tea Party I was attending! Excellent establishment along with excellent staff and service.
It was good super cute for granny's and little ones or mommy and daughter day. Tea excellent! So good and desert to die for! The food was ok but for Santana Row I expected better or higher end. But the experience was great the atmosphere comfy. Staff exceptional! Owner or Manager is very nice and it's obvious she cares about this elegant little place! � All in all wonderful experience. I would go back.
