I just went by Lisa's because the back corner panel of my van suddenly came off yesterday and I was leaving to go on vacation tomorrow. Tony came outside and looked at it and said, "Stay right here, I'll be right back." Came back, fixed it in about 5 seconds, and said "Have a nice vacation." THAT is customer service! Thank you, Tony!
I was so excited to give my money to a female-owned collision shop in town! Unfortunately, after hearing that I would be paying out of pocket instead of using insurance, Lisa wouldn’t even walk outside of her office to give me a quote on a dent on the back of my Civic. Lisa clearly stated that she wouldn’t go look at my vehicle because it was raining outside.
