Horrific customer service. Get a sketchy text message saying I've got a delivery. I call the company to verify because the texted number doesn't match the business number. Turns out it's legit (so I think, still unsure honestly). Ok. I give them a better address to delivery to because they offer to and for whatever reason they were scheduled to go to my home on a work day and I wouldn't be home. I am very happy with their flowers. My husband got some for me in our visit to Philly ! Also the girl is very nice and helpful!

THEY DID NOT TEXT MY MOM ON MOTHERS DAY PRIOR TO DROPPING OFF $150 flowers, chocolate, and teddy bear basket. They left it on the damn step. They told me they would text prior to drop off.

Lisa’s Flowers delivered a birthday bouquet to an address in Philadelphia. Was delivered on time. They even called to see when the recipient would be home. Saw the bouquet via video chat, and it was fabulous. Well worth the cost. The person at the store helped me select from their options. Recommend without reservation.

Kat was Awesome! She diligently assisted me with sending my sister deluxe flowers and a get well soon balloon who is in Penn Hospital. I live in Austin, TX and called another flower shop just to get their voice mail. How disappointing... Then, I called Lisa's Flowers and was so happy to here Kat say she could deliver the arrangement the same day. It was about 3:30 pm.
