From start to finish Lisa Yens was professional, kind, intelligent and a strong advocate for us. She spent time gathering information to understand exactly what we were looking for and she did a phenomenal job digging up information about different houses. Lisa was fantastic to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in the area. Moving from out of state, Lisa understood that we couldn't fly out every weekend to look at homes and was more than willing to do video walkthroughs to help us get a better feel for floorplans of homes we were considering. Lisa helped me sell my old home and she found my "dream" home in a perfect neighborhood for my family! What I love about Lisa is that she walked me through the many stages carefully and with confidence. She was patient when i had questions and shared her knowledge with me. While I know she was working with several clients at one time, I always felt like I was her priority! She is kind, professional and has a great personality. I would refer her to any of my friends, family, and professional colleagues.
Terrible agent to work with. She has no regard for the safety of the people she works with. Lisa reccomened that I - a female-meet a strange, angry ( Lisa told me he was angry) man at an empty house to try and work out differences that came up during the sale. She dumped her job off on her client and made a suggestion that would put a female in danger. When confronted, she laughed it off like it was not a big deal to make such a suggestion. Clearly her ethics line is blurred.
She was fantastic to work with. She would answer our calls/text in a very timely manner and was able to show us a house the day of our first conversation. She remained very helpful during our our buying process and continues to stay in contact with our family. We look forward to working with Lisa again in the future!
