I very much appreciated the Doctor and staff explaining in detail each procedure as they explained what each test was for. I ask a lot of questions and they provided each answer!!
Excellent communication skills. A pleasure to visit when I need medical services that are eye related. All answers to questions provided right on the spot. There has never been a "wait and I'll get the answer to you" moment. Happy with staff and Dr. Shieh in their professional attendance to me.
Everything went smoothly the two times I went to the Santa Rosa office for laser treatment on my cataracts. Itâ??s certainly more convenient for me to go to Santa Rosa than Petaluma though I know thatâ??s not always possible. The staff is always very friendly and willing to answer any of my questions and of course Jason is the most friendly and upbeat doctor I have ever had and I have every confidence in his ability to do whatever is necessary to maintain my eyesight at its best.

I felt that the doctor and staff had an intense interest in my wellbeing and that they were doing their very best to treat my condition.
In hindsight, I think that the med tech forgot to put in the drops that are supposed to dilate my pupils after she put in the anesthetic drops to test my ocular pressure, as the doctor remarked that my eyes were not very dilated, and I did not need to use the sunglasses that I usually need to use after a comprehensive eye exam... Otherwise, everything was absolutely great! Good selection of quality eyeglass frames, too, so thank-you!

Everybody in the office is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Teel is fantastic! Very professional, and also kind and caring.
