I was able to get a prompt appointment which was very nice. The office staff was extremely courteous. I felt very comfortable during the visit. Dr. Holland took the time to explain my options and answer all my questions. The visit could not have been better. Highly recommend.
For a person that has had very bad experiences at dental offices and nervous this appointment went very well. I was made to feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Holland and his staff are very nice and took great care of me.

I needed to change my dentist and I actually chose Doctor Holland from his picture on the Twin City Website.I immediately saw many traits I liked reflected in his image so I booked and appointment right away. I just returned from my first visit and my choice was validated. He was so great! Both Dr. Holland and my hygienist, Blake, were smart, direct, very kind and authentic. I go out of my way to see Dr Sulkowski, but I want to especially recognize Kacie who works the front desk. Being from out of town, I got lost with all of the construction. When I called the office, Kacie took the time to talk me in. I would still be driving in circles around Winston Salem if not for Kacie and her excellent customer service.
Sadie did my cleaning and x rays...could not be more satisfied... Always dread "the dentist" but she made it so painless...very pleasant to talk with and explained everything before doing... Female dentist (do not remember name) very nice..
I always dread going to the dentist. That's just because of bad experiences earlier in life. But the team at Twin City Dentistry never fails! They are kind, welcoming and always professional. I always walk away knowing I was well cared for. And the hygienists are the BEST in the business. You won't be disappointed in the care you get here.
