Moving into a new area is always a challenge for finding all medical needs . We feel very lucky we found Twin Cites .. breaking a tooth/filling can be traumatic.. The staff got me in the same day! can't beat that with a stick.Not Open? Dr. calls you back within the hour to take care of your situation,who wouldn't want to have these guys for you dental care ?!
The routine cleaning and check up was very through. Certainly have no complaints.
So appreciative to be able to have my teeth cleaned in a safe environment. They have thoroughly thought out ways to avoid the spread of the Covid -19 virus. The pre visit questions, direct check-in to avoid waiting room exposure, appropriate personal protective equipment, being brought directly to my room with door closed, avoidance of aerosolizing procedures, and rapid checkout behind plexiglass, indeed made me feel very safe! I appreciate the Dentist letting me know the options that I had for my broken tooth. Instead of putting pressure on me to put a cap on she also told me I had three options: 1- Do nothing and they will watch the tooth. 2- Put a new filling in (may drop out). 3- Cap the tooth with a false tooth. During stay home orders, I experienced a broken tooth so I called Dr. Holland. As soon as he reopened I was called to go in. Thanks Twin City for accommodations made so quickly and effectively to provide the results I needed. The whole staff that I communicated with was over the top in every way.
I am very grateful to the staff at Twin City Dentistry for taking extensive safety precautions and establishing a clear protocol for safety during appointments. I actually had called to cancel appointments for our family during this pandemic, not wanting mouths open at close range. I asked about their safety protocol and was so impressed that I kept all of our appointments. They are extremely professional! Thank you!!
