My appointment was scheduled for a Monday morning. On Sunday evening, I was contacted by phone and text to inform me hygienist was sick and therefore my appointment scheduled for the next day would be cancelled and I would be contacted on Monday morning to re-schedule. I thought this communication was above and beyond normal communications. I was contacted on Monday morning and re-scheduled for the next day. This practice is awesome.

All of your staff are great. Angel is the best hygienist around. Friendly and makes you feel at ease at all times. I have always hated going to the dentist because of an experience as a young girl. i certainly tell others of your great staff.
Dr. Holland and team are superb! I have a positive experience every time I go there. They are very conscientious and have safety procedures in place to make sure all staff and patients are stay healthy.
I really enjoy my time at Twin City Dentistry. They are so friendly, good at what they do, and offer a fresh baked cookie when you leave. They even called me after I left to schedule my next appointment. Very pleased with their service!
