Lisa Marks is the most caring and professional nurse practitioner I’ve worked with. She is a great listener and tells me like it is.
They provide nice and friendly service, but the wait time is unreasonable and unprofessional. They were going to make me wait 90 minutes without telling me. The receptionist finally admitted that the average wait time is an hour. Since I had other engagements, I eventually decided to leave untreated. When I told them I needed to go, Dr. Marks told me, "I'm sorry YOU don't have time." Very unprofessional. I'm changing my PCP. You might want to set aside an entire day if you book an appointment with them.
