Dr. Franklin was very warm and comforting. She made me feel that she would have taken all day answering questions about my upcoming procedure if that's what I needed and that no question was too big or small. The day of my procedure she noticed my nerves and quickly went to reassuring me. Her bedside manner was the best and very refreshing in a world where I tend to feel like another number. I will recommend Dr. Franklin to my own daughters.
I'm a current OB patient, and I absolutely love Dr.Edwards! He is always upbeat, listens to any concerns, and provides solutions. I'm so glad a friend suggested him, and I would recommend him to anyone.
She is a amazing person and lovely doctor ?? she delivered my small baby boy jaxson 5lb9oz she was so caring and honest with me about everything she is the best obgyn ever!!!!

So it had been several years since I have gone to the gynecologist mainly well because everyone hates going. But for a 50 year old woman to have to sit someone two hours waiting for a scan of her lower pelvis due to a pain issue is crazy. I specifically questioned how long of a wait it would be 15 minutes was the response still was waiting an hour later. Just not cool.
Her lack of concern for the safety mom and baby will either cause you to loose your child our them be seriously injured do not use her. She will lie to your face and tell you everything is fine when really she sees red flags telling her to do more.
I really like Dr. Franklin. She really seems diligent with caring for her patients. She is very kind and caring as well.
I recommend Dr. Edwards to all my friends. He and his staff are the best!
I never felt that Dr. Franklin actually cared about me as a patient. I had an issue with low platelets which threatened my ability to get an epidural during labor. A week before my due date we decided I would begin a steroid in an attempt to bring my platelet count up. I went to pick it up the next day, after she was supposed to call it in, and the pharmacy had no idea what I was talking about. I felt she obviously didn't care so she conveniently forgot to call it in.
